Domo Plast Mould is a professional plastic tool maker lo City-China" where so-called :Thecating "Taizhou hometown of the mould" in china.Domo Has funded in 2018 year, our team has more than 16 years experience in high precision plastic mould industry.

Domo has different vision from traditional mould industry so we have built up different set up to find the best solution for our customers, Domo can help the customers to evaluate the whole project from beginning.From Concepting Phase,Domo already has the capability to help our customers to optimize the design for production, Also we help customers to evaluate the project scope and milestone and based on "Market "Product Definition" Production Facilities".... etc.

Our Work Flow

——— Methodology ———

DISCOVERY


The necessary information of the mold to be produced is obtained from the customer. After the product approval is received from the customer, the design process of the project begins.

ANALYSIS


The project team examines all the information from the customer. Flow, filling and temperature analyzes are made with engineering programs.

DESIGN


Mold parts are examined and mold design is prepared in 3D-CAD environment. Manufacturing journey is started for mold production.

CONTROL


Measurement checks of the mold parts are done in CMM measuring device and mold collection process is started.Subsequently, printing tests are carried out.

TEST AND APPLICATION

Molds are tested in our injection machines between 180 tons and 850 tons. The test is consulted and delivered with the customer.

SERVICE


Our mold, in addition to markets in Turkey and exported to 37 countries in 6 continents we provide shuttle service.
