Concept & Design
We have capability to do join design with our customers. Today most of our customers ask us to provide the service for doing mechanical design/ 3D printing mock up/ material and cost analysis.
Provide Different
material and process and compare the cost/ risk.
Our engineer is using SOLIDWORK and UG soft ware to do the design.
Product Analyze
Now we have design team and make product and mold analyze .like moldflow and simulated analyze
1.We have moldFlow team.
2.We have simulated analyze team.
Injection Molding
Now we have 14 machines from 100T to 480T. All the machine running automatic. Central feeding system apply in our company.
Pre-Analyze
DFM REPORT
We make DFM report for customer in order to analyze part design production cost .
MOLD FLOW
Moldflow analyze injection. In order to avoid molding issue when the mold build.
Tool Design
TOOL REPORT
Before cut steel. we always provide very details report.
PART LINE
We provide detail report to customer. Show part line and eject mark. etc…
Mold Trial
1.Mold test step by step 2.Check tool on the right machine. Check short shot 3.Check mold temperature .part wall thickness. Assembly. Etc. 4.Provide molding parameter and video
TOOL Shipment
1.Prepare mold shipment. 2.Collect all the drawing of tool. Part drawing/hot runner drawing/tool drawing. 3.Insect all the details of mold. Example: hardness. Polish. Etching. 4.All the drawing will collect with one package.
